Our dedicated travel managers verify the results and forward the options to their clients, which are received within minutes, and can be booked or modified with ease.

Our all-in-one platform is integrated with global suppliers and supported by AI technology to help streamline manual processes and enable our Travel Agents to attend to their clients with exceptional speed, efficiency and care.

We book flights, trains, hotels, apartments, rental cars, transfers, meeting rooms, restaurants and more. Our platform is integrated with a multitude of global providers from all sectors, however if your trip requires something a bit more niche just let us know, our travel agents are ready to go above and beyond to fulfil your travel requests.

1) We do not charge any additional fees for bookings or changes, resulting in significant savings compared to other travel agencies or self booking tools.

2) Our booking platform technology, paired with the expertise of our travel agents, guarantees that every trip remains within budget and adheres to travel policies, without compromising traveler comfort and convenience.

Operating from offices in Madrid and Barcelona, we manage business travel for companies worldwide.

Companies can begin using our services from the day they sign up. The time to configure company policies and traveler profiles is approximately 2-3 days, but may vary based on the company’s size or operational structure.

Yes. We offer a 3 month free trial. For the initial 3 months of the contract, there are no service fees, and the trial period commences with the first travel request, not from the contract signing date. The monthly fee will be applicable starting from the fourth month of service. In the event that the company opts to terminate the service before the fourth month, no charges will be incurred.

CO2 reports on travel are an important tool for quantifying and managing carbon emissions associated with travel, promoting a more sustainable approach in the transportation sector. These reports are helpful in measuring and reducing the carbon footprint associated with travel and contributing to the fight against climate change.

Depending on the company’s subscription plan, the carbon footprint report is included without any additional cost.

We take care of the payment for all reservations. Our financial department consolidates expenses and sends the invoice to the client according to the agreed-upon terms and payment methods.

We accept credit cards (AMEX and Diners) and weekly direct debit.

Our automated invoicing modules are flexible to meet the unique needs of each company. This includes creating anything from a straightforward monthly invoice to generating invoices by project, company group (with its respective Tax ID), cost centre, itemised, by passenger, or by trip.

This is a contract for the provision of services and confidentiality, applied equally to every company. There are no exclusivity or commitment requirements, and cancellation incurs no penalties.
